The latest offer for the purchase of Fabrika akumulatora Sombor, sent by Swiss company Batagon owned by Dalibor Matic, was also rejected. The latest offer of Batagon totalled EUR 5.050.000 , but the board of creditors rejected it because it amounts to only a fifth of the estimated value of Sombor-based factory SOinfo reports.

Although there was an option that in case of a new offer being rejected, a new ad for sale would be announced, this will not happen at the moment. Trustee in bankruptcy, Predrag Ljubovic said that Batagon will have the opportunity to improve its offer.

- I informed Batagon that the offer was rejected and that I provided them opportunity to send a new offer or to leave purchase process of Fabrika akumulatora Sombor - Predrag Ljubovic said.

Giving and rejecting offers may take some time, and in case there is no figure to satisfy creditor's claims, it may be expected that a new advertisement for the sale of the company will be announced.
