Republic Geodetic Authority looking for consultant for preparation of corporate strategy and business plan – Application deadline January 20, 2017
The RGA intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services and has opened a tender for consultants in development of the strategy and the business plan.
The ultimate objective of the consultancy is to develop and present a clear and concise RGA 5-year corporate strategy and a 2-year business plan prepared with the involvement and active participation of RGA internal management and external stakeholders to ensure that the system is service-oriented and financially self-sustainable. The corporate strategy shall also include needs assessment for ICT development and proposed five-year plan for a sustainable model of IT sector.
The consultant should, as part of the development of the 5-year corporate strategy and 2-year business plan, also prepare a detailed work and action plan for the individual tasks to be completed, as well as and institutional, legal and financial and ICT assessment report with relevant recommendations.
The work will take place over a six-month period, and one of the main shortlisting criteria is – more than seven years of extensive experience in the filed of business analysis, institutional reforms/organizational development, policy development, strategic and business planning. Experience in Eastern European countries and Serbia will be considered as an advantage.
The Project Implementation Unit of the RGA invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the services, and the application deadline is January 20, 2017, 12 am.
