New social network for all fans of travel

Lonely Planet has a new app for all fans of travel, simply called Trips and using a design similar to Instagram, showing photographs from exotic destinations.

The idea is to offer a simple way for frequent travelers to share their traveling experiences and discover new destinations worldwide.

Still, Instagram already has enough world travelers using the network to upload photos, followed by millions of people.

Just like Instagram, Trips features an option of liking a photo by double-clicking.

The is Lonely Planet's second app. It's first one, Guides, provides advice on certain locations and has been downloaded by over a million people, and the new app is therefore expected to be successful as well.
